This is in answer to one of the most frequent questions I get asked and it has to do with confusion from people who are new to Photoshop Elements, How to Print or Export. The confusion comes from that Layers Panel, anyone new to image editing on a computer will not have seen that before. Once you know that the Layers Panel is just internal to the image and you can ignore it with regards to Printing or Exporting all is fine again.
