In this tutorial project I show you how to make a Custom Photoshop Elements Gradient Fill using the Color Tool at Adobe.com to pick a pleasing Color Palette. The real key to making a nice looking gradient is to pick the right colors and that is where the Adobe Color Tool comes in handy. I also show you how to easily transfer the colors from the color tool over to Photoshop Elements.
