Photoshop Elements 2021 added the new Duotone Guided Edit which makes it very easy to create fun Duotone effects. But you can also achieve the same results in earlier versions of Photoshop Elements in Expert Mode. I show how to do both methods in this Photoshop Elements Guided Edits video
