Adobe just released version 16 of their Photoshop Elements image program, calling it Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018. This is the newest in a long line of great consumer level image editing and graphics programs. Well worth the upgrade if you are using Photoshop Elements 14 and earlier. Watch this video to see the new features and why you may not want to upgrade if you currently have version 15.
